Following Sunday's terrorist attack in Mogadishu, the Somali capital, that killed at least 15 people including one Chinese embassy staff member, some of the injured are still in shock and being treated amid extremely poor medical conditions.
Expressing anger over al-Shabaab, an al-Qaida-linked militant group based in Somalia that has claimed responsibility for the attack, they fear the group will return.
"Al-Shabaab is everywhere," some patients said.
