Child trafficking suspect cleared

A woman unable to stop the crying of a boy she boarded a bus with in Liuyang was suspected by a passenger to be a child trafficker. The passenger, Liu Chunhua, noticed the boy had been crying for more than 20 minutes. The woman said she was the boy's mother. Liu didn't believe her and called police, who confirmed the woman was the child's mother. She complained that Liu had made trouble for her, but after intervening police said the incident had been a well-intentioned mistake.
