In its latest offer, Starwood Preferred Guest Pro, the loyalty program by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, will offer rewards to guests booking meetings by Oct 31 with an arrival date by Dec 31. Guests will enjoy two of the following rewards: 5 percent off master-billed rooms, complimentary Internet in the meeting room, double Starpoints on eligible revenue, double complimentary room allocation and double complimentary room upgrade allocation.

London's iconic sky-high tourist attraction The View from The Shard is now inviting Chinese visitors with the launch of a multimedia audio guide in Mandarin. Included in the ticket price, the audio guide introduces historic and iconic landmarks of the city. Soaring 244 meters and 72 floors above the British capital, The Shard is the tallest building in Western Europe.

The first exploration-themed resort destination, Discovery Adventures Park, located in Andaman Moganshan Resort, and Discovery Destinations Hotel, opened their doors on July 8. Located in Zhejiang province, the destination was developed by Discovery Consumer Products, the APAX Group and the Regalia Hotel Group.
