Goat herd in park draws complaints

An elderly woman in Zhengzhou herded her goats into a park with a wolf-dog as her guard. The woman, in her 80s, has herded four goats almost every day in Xiliu Lake Park in the past month. Other residents have complained because the goats damaged the grass and trees. The park's management said they could not stop the woman because she was guarded by the dog.
