Graduate pens recruitment letter

A high school graduate from Xuancheng wrote a 3,000-word self-recommendation letter in an ancient Chinese style and posted it online, hoping to attract the attention of college recruiters. Gao Kuan is talented at ancient Chinese literature, but he didn't score high marks in the national college entrance exam last month. His letter, titled To Professor Mo Lifeng of Nanjing University, was an attempt to boost his enrollment chances. Gao also sent similar personal statements to Peking University and universities in Hong Kong. He is awaiting a reply.
