Drivers detained after crash kills 5

Five people died after two cars collided and skidded into a bus stop, running over several pedestrians, in Fangshan district on Saturday. The drivers were detained on suspicion of endangering public safety, police said. Witnesses said the pair had been racing each other. Four people died at the scene and the fifth died later in a hospital.
