'Puppies' turn out to be black bears

A farmer in Maguan county kept two black bears at home for two years, thinking they were dogs. Wang Kaiyu bought two "puppies" from a Vietnamese seller in 2013. As they grew, their appetite increased until they each weighed 50 kg. Recently, Wang saw some publicity about wild animals by the forestry police and asked them for help. The two bears are being cared for at a local zoo.
