Briefing on war commemoration

The State Council is scheduled to hold a media briefing today at the State Council Information Office. Wang Shiming, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, and Qu Rui, deputy director of the Office of the Military Parade Leading Group, will introduce the arrangements for the commemoration marking the 70th anniversary of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the victory in the global war against fascism. The briefing is open to domestic and foreign reporters.
