Showcasing their grit and determination, the Chicago Blackhawks put away the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Stanley Cup Final to win their first NHL championship on home ice since 1938.
Duncan Keith scored in the second period and directed a dominant defense that shut down Tampa Bay's vaunted attack as the Blackhawks beat the Lightning 2-0 in Game 6 on Monday for their third championship in six seasons and sixth in the history of the storied Original Six franchise.
