Man often mistaken for drug trafficker

A man in Gushi county needs to bring a no-crime certificate with him when he travels because his name is the same as a known drug trafficker whose household registration is two blocks from his home. For the past eight years, Jia Fei, 28, has been checked by police around the country. Gushi police gave Jia a no-crime certificate to show other police officials.
