Neymar shines in Dunga's galaxy

By Reuters in Temuco, Chile | China Daily | Updated: 2015-06-16 07:12

Neymar scored the first goal, set up the second and was named man of the match in Brazil's 2-1 Copa America win over Peru on Sunday, but coach Dunga chose to focus on the team's performance rather than No 10's individual brilliance.

The combative Brazil coach made three changes in the second half, the most telling of which was in the 65th minute when he replaced center forward Diego Tardelli with Douglas Costa, who scored the winner in the third minute of injury time.

"Neymar was decisive but Dani Alves was decisive, Miranda was decisive at certain moments, Douglas Costa was decisive," Dunga said after the game.
