Koh nets first pro win in Shanghai

Michelle Koh captured her first professional title on Sunday when the Malaysian closed with a sizzling final round 6-under 66 to win the CTBC Shanghai Ladies Classic by two strokes at Tianma Country Club.

In the China LPGA Tour event that featured a full flight of LPGA of Taiwan Tour players playing on Chinese mainland for the first time, the 24-year-old Koh played spoiler at the co-sponsored tournament in finishing at 10-under 206.

The victory was worth 120,000 yuan ($19,300).
