Briefing on cross-border e-commerce

The State Council is scheduled to hold a media briefing today at the State Council Information Office. Xin Changxing, vice-minister of human resources and social security, and Zhong Shan, vice-minister of commerce, will introduce policies involving the development of cross-border e-commerce. The briefing is open to domestic and foreign reporters.
