Armless student seeks more time

An armless high school student in Panzhihua applied for more time when he takes the national college entrance exam on June 7 and 8 so that he can write with his feet. Peng Chao, 20, lost his arms in an electrical accident when he was 6. He took last year's entrance exam but did not complete the papers, he said, because writing with his feet was too slow. He is waiting for the education authorities to consider his request for more time.
