Xi's remarks on military published

President and Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping's vision for the educating of servicemen has been published, the military authority said on Wednesday. The book was published by the People's Liberation Army Publishing House, and was distributed to company-level military units. The book includes the president's remarks and written instructions from November 2012 to February 2015, in which he underscores that military personnel must have spirit, capacity, courage and morality.
