New arrival: Infiniti new Q70L

Infiniti's new Q70L hit China's streets on late last month.

The Q70L has 27 upgrades in configuration, power and safety. Its design takes inspiration from natural landscapes, has more space for backseat passengers and comes equipped with reliable safety measures. Two sets of optimized power systems integrate both performance and oil consumption, offering a remarkable driving experience.

With a lengthened wheelbase of 3,050 mm, the Q70L is equipped with a unique "forest" air-conditioning system that can effectively lower the density of small pollutant particles of PM2.5 and release the faint scent of trees and leaves in the car, as if the driver were taking a stroll through the woods.

The new Q70L offers two choices in power: the VQ25HR V6 engine, with a maximum net power of 163 kW; and the 3.5-liter V6 hybrid power system, which is made up of a VQ35HR V6 engine and single-motor double clutches, with a maximum net power of 261 kW.

The first engine provides smooth speed, while the latter is more powerful and has a 5.1-second mark from 0 to 100 km per hour. The second engine consumes 7.3 liters of oil per 100 kilometers.

The Q70L is equipped with the pioneering Predictive Forward Collision Warning and the Backup Collision Intervention systems. The new model also comes with Around View Monitor, which improves convenience and safety in parking. The new Q70L has free maintenance and repair services, and 24-hour roadside assistance for four years or 100,000 km. The services for the hybrid model last for six years or 150,000 km exclusively.
