Museum putslimit on visitors

The Palace Museum is to launch a pilot program to limit the number of daily visitors' to 80,000 starting on June 13, it announced on Sunday. The museum will also impose a real-name registration system for buying tickets. All group tour ticket booking will be carried out online. Controlling the number of visitors is vital to protecting the security of both the cultural relics and tourists, said Shan Jixiang, director of the museum.
