Pork producer plans expansion

The nation's largest pork producer, WH Group Ltd, is planning to establish a network of integrated poultry farms in China at a cost of about 1.83 billion yuan ($295 million), the China Business News reported on Friday. The project is expected to generate sales of 5.5 billion yuan within the next two years. WH Group will raise 50 million chickens within that period to meet internal demand and supply fast-food chains.
