City-state tops education ranking

Singapore's education system ranked first among the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development's latest global school rankings. OECD's study was based on math and science scores of 15-year-olds in 76 countries and regions, and the findings will be formally presented at the World Education Forum in South Korea next week, BBC reported on Wednesday. Singapore finished ahead of Hong Kong and South Korea, which were ranked second and third.
