Maybe it's time to clean up our own act

Each morning before daybreak, a sizable army of soldiers fans out across the streets of Beijing.
These worthy warriors don't wear camouflage to blend in, but instead dress quite conspicuously, in screaming orange with reflective silver stripes.
And rather than wielding weapons, they carry brush brooms and dustpans as they report for work around 5 am, on foot or riding bicycles or motorized tricycles.
