3 charged with deaths of police

Three people were arrested - and two were charged with capital murder - after two Mississippi police officers were shot to death during a traffic stop, a state law enforcement spokesman said on Sunday. Marvin Banks, 29, and Joanie Calloway, 22, were each charged with two counts of capital murder. Banks' 26-year-old brother, Curtis Banks, was charged with being an accessory after capital murder.
