City legislator drowns in lake

Wang Gaizhen, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Liaocheng People's Congress, was found dead on Saturday, Xinhua News Agency reported. The city's Public Security Bureau received a report of a woman's body being found in Dongchang Lake. The body was later identified as being Wang's. Police have ruled out the possibility of murder and said Wang drowned.
