The Shanghai Natural History Museum opened to the public last month and there have been complaints about visitors' bad behavior, including the abuse of live starfish and animal model exhibits.

"Too many people visit the museum every day. Some of them always want to touch the models, even though it's clearly forbidden. But we cannot stop all of them from doing so."
