Companies peek into heads of applicants

One of the most interesting changes in the Chinese job market this year is the growing popularity of psychometric testing during the hiring process.
Psychometric testing is a tool that assesses applicant job suitability by examining qualities such as attitudes, management styles and social personality traits.
"Psychometric testing can select the most suitable applicants at the very beginning, which saves a lot of time," said Liu Lei, a human resources director in a multinational engineering company based in Changzhou of Jiangsu province.
