Inmate dies after drinking binge
An inmate died after drinking excessive alcohol in prison in Xinxiang, just nine months before he was due to be released, the Legal Evening News reported on Tuesday. The alcohol had been brought into the prison by three guards, who have since been detained. The officers in charge have been punished for violating Party discipline.
