Chef pays tribute with vegetables

Chef Li Yihong, 39, from Jiayu county, carved a basket of flowers from vegetables and put it in front of the tomb of his grandmother on Tomb Sweeping Day. Li spent six hours carving a basket out of a pumpkin, China roses from pink-fleshed radishes, chrysanthemums from white radishes and azaleas from red peppers. He said it was an environmentally friendly way to honor his grandmother.
