Le Méridien unlocks cultures and cuisines

By Wang Huazhong | China Daily | Updated: 2015-04-04 08:44

Travelers with a taste for Parisian clairs can enjoy a "spiced up" version of the sweet treat at Le Mridien hotels in India.

The hotel's signature clairs have a curry shell made of cumin, ginger and chili powder and are garnished with candied anise seeds, fennel seeds and shredded coconut.

The exotic taste is creamy yet textured, with a lingering scent of spices that balance and enliven the sweetness in the mouth.
