Easter highlights

The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing is presenting new culinary delights for Easter at Barolo. The menu at the Italian style restaurant features cacao marinated duck breast served with duck liver pat and roasted eggplant, pan fried lamb cutlet, marinated eggplant, rosemary and black pepper sauce.

The Crowne Plaza Beijing Wangfujing is offering an Easter family brunch buffet at its Essence Restaurant. As well as an extensive selection of eastern and Western food, there will be fun activities.
