Kite flier's line injures bike rider
A woman surnamed Liu in Liangping county was seriously injured by the line of a kite as she rode home on her bicycle on March 14. The line caused lacerations to her throat. An expert from the Chongqing Kite Association said a taut kite line is akin to a razor and can easily cut cucumbers. He reminded kite fliers to pay attention to passers-by.
