Teenager hacks into Internet cafe
A 13-year-old boy surnamed Zhang, in Yanbian, hacked into a network company in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, and stole 1,931 yuan ($311). He started hacking the toll system of a Internet cafe in February. The company notified police and the boy was apprehended on March 10. The case is under investigation.
