Deciding if health should be wealth

Going through the health system in China can be a culture shock.
I come from a country where family doctors practice in the neighborhood and specialist hospitals are respected in the region.
It was traumatic, therefore, to be hooked up on an intravenous drip the first time I visited a hospital in Beijing as the result of a bad flu.
