UK expertise to benefit new bank

Infrastructure development welcomed

The United Kingdom wants to contribute its expertise in infrastructure investment and international financial cooperation to the Beijing-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, new British Ambassador to China Barbara Woodward said on Wednesday.

"We think that developing the infrastructure in Asia will be, of course, a benefit to the economic growth in Asia, but it will also be a benefit to the economic growth in the world," Woodward said.
