What the ambassadors say

This is the 10th time for me to attend the meeting. I first came to China in 1984. ... The relationship between China and Canada is very good. Last year the number of Chinese students in Canada increased by 20 percent and reached 100,000. The number of Chinese tourists increased by 30 percent. Last year our prime minister visited China and met with President Xi Jinping. I am looking forward seeing Chinese leaders visit our country.

This is my first time attending the meeting. I am very glad to see that since President Xi launched the reform two years ago, many changes have been made. Peru and China are partners. Besides products, we also want to exchange technologies and innovations with China. China is still the main market for many countries. Like President Xi said, whenever China's economy improves, everyone improves.
