Brightman ready for her date with the stars

British singer Sarah Brightman, who is planning to sing aboard the International Space Station, is making preparations for her impending space journey.

The singer, who is at the Star City's training center in eastern Moscow, has braved a series of difficulties to make her trip to the ISS a reality, the TASS news agency reported.

The 55-year-old soprano trains for 15 to 16 hours a day and does not care about her looks, the report said.
