Cross-border area in Hangzhou approved

The State Council on Thursday released a document approving the establishment of the China (Hangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Integrated Experimental Area in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. Cross-border e-commerce has been developing rapidly and stimulating innovation and creation. Developing cross-border e-commerce will drive employment, increase revenues, improve living standards and promote economic development, the document said.
