The consulting company Mercer released a ranking on Wednesday of the top cities of 2015 for quality of living. Cities in Europe and Oceania dominate the top of the list. Here are the top five in the rankings:

1 Vienna

With only 3 million people, the capital and largest city of Austria is regarded as a mecca of musicians because of its enduring legacy. In 2001, the city center was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
