World Leisure Games
Major infrastructure construction projects have been completed for the 2015 World Leisure Games to be held from Sept 12 to 21 in the Laixi area of Qingdao, city officials announced at a recent press conference.
The international games include extreme sports, obstacle roller skating, water skiing, street dancing and sailing, as well as golf, biking, fishing, aerobic gymnastics and beach rugby.
The event will also include a World Leisure Summit, World Leisure Expo, and Leisure Culture and Arts Festival.
The event is organized by the World Leisure Organization, which in 2013 appointed Qingdao the host city for the 2015 games.
