Authorities hold fugitive 'pastor'

Brazilian authorities have arrested a self-professed pastor who was on a US most-wanted list for allegedly molesting two girls at his religious fellowship in rural Minnesota. The Rio Grande do Norte state government reported the arrest of Victor Arden Barnard, 53, who faces 59 counts of criminal sexual conduct. He is being held in the city of Natal, awaiting extradition.
