Farm activists say market pressure can make eating healthier and safer

Food lovers can change China's farm land - that's the belief of Wang Mei, a steadfast foodie and promoter of uncontaminated food.

Meizi Taoyuan, which literally means "Mei searching for original food," is the online platform for uncontaminated food that she founded. It allows customers to pre-order and customize (so-called C2B) healthy food directly from the farmer. It represents a model dedicated to connecting farmers who grow the least contaminated agricultural food for consumers throughout the country.
