Regulator denies IPO shift rumors

The China Securities Regulatory Commission on Friday denied market rumors saying that the regulator will no longer accept applications for initial public offerings and refinancing from April. The CSRC said the draft plan for introducing the registration-based IPO scheme has been submitted to the State Council for approval.
