US should setsecurity example

The United States should cease its "groundless speculation" and criticism of China, and contribute more to safeguarding the security of cyberspace, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said on Thursday. With the world's most advanced cybertechnology, the US should set itself as an example, Hua said at a daily news briefing. She also said China's defense expenditure as a proportion of GDP was less than the global average in 2014.
