Drone kills IS recruiter

The top recruiter for the Islamic State group's affiliate in Afghanistan was killed by a drone strike on Monday, local officials said. It was the first such attack on the extremist group in a volatile country where it has a small but growing following. US officials said eight people were killed in the strike, but could not confirm the Islamic State recruiter's death.
