Mexico gears up to reopen train tender
Mexico's transportation ministry plans to release documents related to its $3.75-billion high-speed train tender today, marking the official reopening of the tender after an announcement about it on Jan 14. The tender was abruptly canceled in November after China Railway Construction Corp won the bid. The Chinese company is expected to bid again and bidders will have 180 days to prepare their plans.
