Outline plan of Yangtze River economic belt

The broad outline of the development plan for the Yangtze River economic belt is expected to be released in the first half of this year, said a report in the 21st Century Business Herald on Wednesday. The plan could involve 11 provinces or municipalities along the Yangtze River and a batch of new projects. A meeting was held recently in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province on the building of the Yangtze River economic belt with participation by officials from the Ministry of Water Resources and the Ministry of Transport.
