No fuel surcharge for taxis in capital
Beijing will stop charging a taxi fuel surcharge following a drop in oil prices, the municipal commission of development and reform said on Wednesday. Starting on Thursday, passengers will not pay the 1 yuan (16 cents) per trip fuel surcharge that is added to taxi fares, said a statement from the commission.
