North America becoming an attractive option for foreign players looking for a new challenge
Major League Soccer enters its 20th season with Steven Gerrard's high-profile signing completing an 18-month deal with the Los Angeles Galaxy as a new wave of foreign players invades North America.
It came as no surprise that it was Galaxy that made the move - and spent the money - to bring in the Liverpool midfielder and former England captain on Wednesday.
