Rules drawn upto limit layoffs
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently issued a regulation on company layoffs for public comment, People's Daily reported on Thursday. Those employees who have worked for an employer for 15 years and those who would retire in less than five years should not be laid off, according to the regulation.
