St. Regis Tianjin: Above the crowd

Martin Leclerc says the key to remaining competitive and then rising above the crowd is service.
The newly appointed general manager of the St. Regis Tianjin knows the concept is not complex in theory, but perhaps more so in practice.
"Service is breaking all the components down to the simple. It is about what customers see, hear, touch and feel," he says.
