Driver wants cash for movie material

A film director surnamed Duan who left two 2TB hard disks containing material for his new movie material in an unlicensed cab has been asked to pay 20,000 yuan ($3,250) by the driver for their return. Duan has reported the matter to the police who said the driver's demands were not blackmail. Police are helping both parties to resolve the problem.
