Bilingual news: A recent study, published in the Journal of Neurophysiology, has found that simply imagining exercise can tone muscles, making them stronger and delaying atrophy. According to the Breitbart News Network, researchers at Ohio University conducted an experiment using two sets of healthy people. After four weeks, those who engaged in the mental exercise were twice as strong as those who did not.
